THIS IS THE WORST BEDBUG REMOVAL COMPANY EVER! DO NOT HIRE THEM I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE. WE HAD THEM COME IN 3 TIMES AND THE PROBLEM REFUSED TO GO AWAY. HE DID NOT PICK UP HIS PHONE AND DID NOT COME IN AND FIX THE PROBLEM.

Horrible service. Problem didn't go away plus he refuses to respect warranty he gave us. He doesn't pick up calls and keeps delaying service. A very unprofessional and unethical person.

DO NOT get pest control services done from him. He is a rip off.

They came right away (whereas other weres sayings even as explained I have a live mouse starring at me). Removed live mouse and treated whole house. I am extremely happy with response and work.

I paid for the services performed in September 2013 and the guy told me that it is warranted for one year. I called in May 2014 due to bugs and ants and the guy said one year means 2013. I said so that means if I call you on December 31 it is only one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. He said basically it is only for calendar year. Beware

i called fast o kill on june 2012 they came the next day and only sprayed my kitchen not the bathrooms or upstairs. the gentleman said give it a month for it to be gone a month has passed and the problem persists and when calling them to come back as they had promised to respray they just give you the run around or don't answer their phone all together these people are thieves they don't deliver on their promise and are a waste of time. i am in the process of taking them to court dont waste your money call some reputable

L had found a mouse in my home, I called Fast-O-Kill and he came over the same day, when he was there we realized that it was a bigger problem than expected. He treated the property in a professional matter.A few days later I was very frantic about the whole thing and he was kind enough to come back back to trap one of the mice that was loose. A couple of days have passed and we haven't find anything else.
