I have to share:
Had our basement renovated in 2017 or so. Nick and crew were awesome and at site daily. Did it take longer than expected, yep! Was the job done to my families expectations, yep!
Honestly I had my doubts toward some of the reconstruction of LDL support and repositioning of the utilities. The cost of reposition toward utilities vs sq ft advantage did not compliment the extra cost.
Fast forward 2 hrs.
We has a small flood in our newly renovated basement (note: Sandy and his son recommended a water management system - interior water channel system and sump pump which we passed on). We hired a different vendor and as he was performing rip out he asked, who did the Renos to your basement, it looks recent and very well structured - these guys know what they are doing.
So that said, I knew then Snider Homes was well spent.
Mind you, it took longer than I we wanted but we did have good company of Nick and his crew.
Would I use Snider again - YES
Would I recommend them to my friends - YES, but with understanding that quality takes time. So have patience.
