What can I say. Originally told it would take around a week for my repair to be completed. Now a month in and found it impossible to get them to return my texts, emails, calls etc.
I went into the store to speak to them and was treated rudely and unprofessionally. They seem fine for basic phone repairs but anything more complicated it is a nightmare.

Hi K, I am sorry if you had a bad experience at our shop. Unfortunately, the name K does not bring up any results in our system. Nor did you provide any details as to who you are or what we were supposed to be doing for you or what problem you actually had aside from a delay. We currently quote a week for diagnostics, so being told the repair would be done in a week may have been a misunderstanding? We do not lie to people, nor do we ever feel there is any reason to lie to people. I can assure you I personally answer all emails, and texts, normally, within 48 hours. We are open 7 days a week and the phone rings all day with someone answering it constantly. We also try to be very professional. Even after people have been rude to us, we try to be polite and simply try not to engage. I would be happy to investigate this further if you can provide more information.
