The knowledgeable and experienced owner Bill was happy to take on the job of repairing our leaking basement, which has been a problem for years. Even prior to starting the job, he gave us advice on how to prepare and remove the lower portion of the walls in order to determine the source of the leakage. This saved us a large and unnecessary expense.
When his certified technician team (son Cody and assistant Zach) came to do the repair work, Bill came by each of the 2 days to oversee and inspect. They did a fabulous job, and kept cleaning up after themselves. They were all very polite, honest and hard-working, always ready to explain what they were doing.
They gave us a 5-year 100% guarantee / warranty that there would be no leakage at the repair sites.

I got my basement waterproofed/sealed by them. Great people, amazing work done in timely manner. Super impressed! Highly recommend to anyone looking for waterproofing work.

After having a major flood in our basement during the worst rainfalls since the great flood, we discovered that the problem was ground water seeping in through the bottom of the walls.

We looked up sealerman, and Billy came over right away to assess the issue. We were upset that we might have to spend upwards of 20K to have weeping tile installed, ripping up our deck, porch and garden.

Instead, his solution, which was 1/4 of the price, would be guaranteed to fix the issue.

Their crew was available within a week after calling, and they did a fantastic job sealing up the perimiter of the basment, from inside the house.

They were professional, polite, on time and did a great job.

I'd reccomend these guys to anyone considering getting weeping tile installed, as this is a much faster and cheaper alternative.

Cody waterproofed outside of preserved wood basement with membrane and extended parging down over that to water proof around exterior of house. Very pleased with the job. We subsequently contacted Bill owner and had Sealerman come back and put a 2 inch curb inside attached garage to prevent winter snow melt from going toward wall at side of garage.
