Everyone at Save On Spas was courteous and professional. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and excited about their products . With that said, I never felt pressured at any point to purchase throughout my shopping and buying experience , which is very refreshing especially when purchasing a big ticket item . Keep up the great work .

I purchased my dynasty spa last June 2016. The delivery was on schedule and Steve even waited around for the final electrical hook up to ensure the tub functioned properly. The team at Save on Spas has always been very helpful with any questions. It is a great idea to go to their free spa school to learn all about your spa model and functionality. It was even a breeze to change the water and clean the tub for maintenance.

We purchased our first hot tub through Save on Spas...and the experience has been awesome! Ahmar, and Steve are more than knowledgeable in the product. You will get a far superior product then the average hot tub at your local home reno store. Very accommodating and no pressure for sales. Check them out, and look after your health needs with a spa!

Over 10 years ago we purchased a hot tub and cabana from this company at the CNE and have had no issues. All of our friends with hot tubs have had to replace them in this time but ours is still going strong. We are now needing to replace a new cover and LED controller and Ahmar has been more than helpful to us. We would buy another hot tub from them for sure.

I am not sure about why folks are complaining about customer service. We live in Niagara On The Lake & I called this company on one of the coldest days of the year. I got a phone call before the end of business day Friday and the technician Umer came on a Saturday morning to fix my $18,000 spa. He was so diligent that he stayed until everything was running properly. I will most definitely recommend my family and friends to deal with this company.

Took my deposit, $3000, after a 4 hour sell job at Home Show a year ago on a tub that wouldn't fit on my deck-huge incompetance, no recompence or concern for my needs-they kept deposit-evil! Run away!

Purchased hot tub from Ahmar over 10 years years ago and have had no major issues. We always go to Save on Spas for our supplies and the staff is always very friendly and provide great service. The hot tub is still running great but is starting to show its age so when we do decide to replace it we will definitely be going to Save On Spas.

Bought the hot tub at the home show a year ago and had a problem with one of the jets about three months later. Still waiting for someone to come and look at the problem and also bring me the key so that I can lock down the cover.

I purchased a hot tub at the home show. It has been a great experience. Not only is the hot tub awesome but so is the staff. They help whenever you ask. They stand behind their product and make it a very enjoyable experience.
