Save On Spas

The swim spa panels came damaged. I was promised they would be replaced after 2 weeks, it took 8 months.. and 9 months later there is still a damaged corner that has not been replaced. The acrylic was supposed to be "buffed out" from some scratches the swim spa came with.. still nothing. The follow up from this company sucks.

bought our Dynasty Trident tub from Save on Spas in Mississauga back in May 2012. it never came with an ipod wire and the cover was installed wrong. we complained the same day we recieved the tub. wrote up 4 work orders and 10 phone call later. still have no ipod wire, cover is still on wrong and now the lights are acting up (4 MONTHS AND COUNTING) they have never sent in a service guy...stay away from this company!!!!!

Beware of Save-on-Spas, previously known as Dynasty Spas. Want to buy a hot tub? They'll do back flips for you to seal the deal! They are slick sales people. However, when you have trouble with your tub in a few years, they won't care about you. They'll schedule appointments that they don't honour, they'll show up at your home at an unscheduled time to do a repair and do an incomplete job and leave behind a mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have had several complaints on BBB and I suspect few of them were resolved to the client's satisfaction. I finally got my tub repaired by another company. I will never step into that store again!
