Longstanding service issues that never end....
A few years ago I paid $100,000 for a custom designed Solda hot tub installed in our backyard. The Hayworth remote controller system they recommended and maintain is unreliable and very buggy. More often than not it simple does not respond. Every time here is a software update the system is down. Sometimes the Hayworth gets hacked: system is down. Constant never ending Solda service calls that go nowhere. Lots of heartfelt apologies by Solda staff but no working Spa. I don't even remember the last time it worked. Going to the pool room in the dark with a flashlight to set it on the wall controller is also hit or miss. Tonight for instance no working hot tub. No heat at all. Profound regret and anger and frustration.
