Tony William Roofing & Exteriors was phenomenal to deal with from start to finish. From my first call, they were impressive as they were on-site within 48 hours to put a detailed estimate together to replace the soffit, eavestroughs and fascia on a 30 year old home we were renovating. The crew that did the work was exceptional and communication from the office was regular and accurate. We are very happy with the end result and strongly recommend this company. The home building process requires a multitude of contractors to successfully carry it out on time and on budget. Of all of the contractors involved in our job, Tony William Roofing & Exteriors were the stars of the show. We had up to 7 of their crew members onsite at any one time. Their crews were the first to the job site in the morning and the last to leave at night (often after 7pm - in the winter!). They kept the site tidy and safe and got the work done in the timelines promised. Even better? They made our home beautiful!

Moving forward, any roofing/exterior job on my home or rental properties will be given to Tony William Roofing & Exteriors. I recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional job, done professionally, on time and on budget.

Tony Williams did everything they said they would - they were professional, on time and the quality of work was excellent. We had one concern with two extensions being two short and they came back the next day and changed them - they did a final inspection withbus before they asked for payment - we are very happy and would highly recommend them!

Like my 5 star rating on the original siding & roofing installation, the follow up service too has been excellent. During extremely high wind conditions a year later, I had a small piece of corner soffit blown off. I called Tony William (TWR) about the repair and they had a crew out in a timely manner. The crew was very polite, professional & cleaned up afterwards. The best part was TWR covered it under warranty. TWR, you are my #1 contractor of choice. Well done!

We decided that the only way to improve our exterior street view was to remove what we had and install all new from windows, doors, roofing, soffits and facia. We obtained 3 prices and although Tony Williams was not the lowest there was something about them that made us go with them.
During the construction process they kept us well informed and kept to their schedule. I have been in construction for over 35 years and Tony Williams demonstrated all the great qualities that every contractor should show. I would recommend Tony Williams without a second thought.

Tear off the old roof was excellent. Used tarps as needed for debris, most everything directly into a dump bin and cleanup every day both as the job progress and at day's end.

After 19 years it was time to replace the tired and faded vinyl siding on our home. We had done some additions over the years and had 3 different types of siding on the house. We obtained estimates for our project from 5+ contractors for Hardi plank, Hardi shake and smart board trim. We chose Tony William for their presentation and review of our project. They were not the least expensive, but not far off. We had some communication issues with what we considered to be "too many chiefs" - site super, project coordinator, project manager, and sales. Once we got over the little hiccups of communication the project went very smoothly (and we were lucky to get it scheduled and completed before the monsoon rains came down). We love the look of the house and how they were able to add features to have better water management from the roof. If not for our communication issues, which were resolved quickly, we would be giving you a 10 star rating. We would definitely recommend Tony William to anyone looking to update the exterior of their home.

I had 5 contractors all with 4+ ratings bid for a Hardie Board siding and roofing job. I chose Tony Williams (TWR) because they were certified installers for both Hardie Board and Malarkey shakes, had their own workers do the work (no sub-contractor) and their price was very competitive. The safety and workmanship quality was excellent. The workers were very respectful and keep me informed daily on the progress. The worksite was cleaned up at the end of each day. At the end of the jobs, there was a final inspection with TWR to ensure that there were no deficiencies. A very well run company with excellent management, work preparation, workmanship, safety, communication, and competitive pricing.

We reviewed three siding companies to remove the old 1970's stucco on our house and replace it with James Hardie board. We also had the soffits, fascia and eavestroughs replaced. We chose Tony William not because of the cost, but because of the professionalism they displayed from the get-go. At our initial meeting, Steven brought a package of information which included such things as business licence, insurance, WCB etc. we were impressed. also we liked the fact that the crew who would be working on our house were actually employees of Tony william and not sub-contractors. It felt good to know who was going to be on-site.

Tony William were very professional in providing change orders when there were changes made to the project - everything was really well-managed. communication was great, with Lauren giving us updates as to where the project was, and confirming that we were on-time, project-wise. Bridget was very patient with us whilst we chopped and changed with our colour choices - we felt no pressure at any time, just friendly collaboration.

For us, the measure of Tony William's value came when we had a problem. A pipe solder cracked during or following the work, and even though the issue may or may not have been caused by the work, Tony William immediately helped us out by getting us a plumber in and hiring fans to dry out the room which was affected. We agreed to share the costs of the remediation, which was really appreciated.

Many of our friends asked if the problem had changed our opinion of Tony William (which was already high). I told them yes it had, and actually for the better! I have seldom had the opportunity to work with such a professional, caring company. I have been recommending Tony William to all my friends and colleagues - I 110% endorse them; their professionalism, customer service, communication and of course, their product. Yes, our house looks FANTASTIC!!
