Don't do it! They can't figure out how to do anything right! They have tried to fix their own mistakes for the past 3 month and keep up.
Flashing doesn't match from building to building, slack work on the site clean up. Still finding lots of screws and nails.
They use subcontractors who suck.
Just don't do it.

We truly apologize for your frustration regarding how the project has gone, Jeremy. Tony William Roofing & Exteriors (TWRE) accepts responsibility for the project not going as planned. We don’t make excuses, and we don’t accept them.
Thank you for sending this review, as it has given us the opportunity to communicate with you directly versus through the property management company who hired TWRE to do the work.
To address your claim that we “use subcontractors who suck”, we will admit that a crew we had entrusted the job to did let us down terribly in terms of timelines and working full days. This was explained in the face to face meeting that Steven, the owner of TWRE, had with the condominium board.
We do not agree with your claim that we” tried to fix our own mistakes for the past 3 months and keep up”. This is an unfair claim. Yes, there has been some miscommunication along the way regarding job scope details, however you are implying that we are incompetent, which is not the case.
We are the first to admit when we have made a mistake, and I believe the true measure of a company is in their ability to respond to their customer’s concerns and be accountable for their actions.
As stated above, there have certainly been a few hiccups in communication throughout the course of the job. We take responsibility for it and certainly apologize for any effect this has had on you and the other residents.
For the most part, the job was a success and the members of the board at the property have expressed their satisfaction in the finished product to us. We are, indeed, still working at the property and completing the final clean up. Please bear with us while we complete the portion of the job which could not be completed over the winter.
In closing, we believe that this job has been completed the specifications set out to us by the property management company who hired us to do the work. However, as stated above, we do apologize for any inconveniences suffered by you and your fellow residents
