Anlif Fine Homes

After interviewing many contractors, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Favian from Anlif Fine Homes. Favian grew up in this business started by his Father, and his knowledge, demeanor, and patience is built on those years.

From the start, Favian got to know us and took the time to dig into our requirements. Through this process, he helped us make a number of decisions up front based on real budget numbers for materials and trades, as well as understand where the "good places" are to spend the money. (we have all watched too many reno shows and think we know the business, we don't).

Once the process started, Favian and his crew did not miss a beat. He was available for any meetings and was present during any decisions that needed to be made along the way so that they would not impact the schedule. This is critical, as he helps understand the impact of changes, lead times, sequence of operations in the build etc. Real Project Manager type stuff.

End of the day, here's where we landed:
- Solidly Built quality home that everyone loves
- We were on Schedule! Honestly.
- We were 5% over budget, our material changes
- Neighbors commented on the clean jobsite and polite crews

Yes, we would hire Favian and Anlif to build another house for us.
