An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We moved from the USA to Toronto and needed someone to unload the belongings of our two bedroom apt from the truck into an apartment building. We searched for movers by the postal code and Augusta Movers were the closest one to our destination. We carefully reviewed them and after getting familiar with them and the services they provide, we decided to schedule the date. The guys were as professional as they can be and very efficient.
