Dinko worked with us in advance of our booking to get our inventory and answered ALL of my questions. We had the full service of packing, loading and moving from Toronto to Calgary. Although one of the packers didn't show up to pack (literally the only glitch along the way), the man who came to pack us packed us up in one day. He then came back and was one of the people who loaded the truck, drove it across the country and was there to unpack us as well. It was nice to have a consistent "point" person who was very professional and cared about our belongings. The quote was $2,500 overestimated so the move costed us less than we expected. Overall, for a stressful move to another province, Augusta, along with their national moving counterparts, made our experience less stressful and we highly recommend them to others.
