The people they use are highly professional; they came on time and made sure dirt and dust are contained, and they even sent a cleaning crew after the job was finished. They did exactly what they promised to do and it took them exactly as long as they estimated. I cannot hear anything through the wall anymore, even when I press my ear against it :-)
