We had a fiberglass pool installed by Hooton 3 years ago. A very good job of installing the fool. Within 1 year, the LED pool lights failed. After over 20 calls the lights were replaced last year. Note: I had to follow up each time as the return call they promised never happened
This year the same lights failed again (cost to replace is $700) and I again called Hooton as the light are under warranty. The first call was in July 2018 and it is now September and so far no new lights. They told me that someone from their service dept would come out and review, but that never happened. Then I was told they were on order. I have called numerous times to be told that they would check with the manufacturer and get bak to me....no return calls . I am now being told that they are waiting on the lights from the manufacturer. Guess I will wait until next year to resolve the issue as the pool is now closed for winter
