Before beginning our home renovation, when asking around I was provided with a fabulous referral for Irene Fraser of Design Happens. I toured a new home that she provided her service from choosing paint colours to tile, florring, etc. My husband and I were very impressed and hired her immediately. Her contract fee was was reasonable to say the least. She extended her designer discount to us which saved us thousands of dollars. We had her review every product we liked to receive her feedback on what goes with what. I can honestly say, I feel I couldn't have hired a better designer than Irene Fraser. She won my trust immediately upon meeting her and my experience working with her was beyond my expectations. Our family loves our 'new' house and we receive ongoing compliments from friends and family. Irene was honest, straight forward, extremely accommodating, helpful in every way. I'd rate design service I received from Irene Fraser at Design Happens a 100 out of 10!!

You and Steve worked extremely well with a process that was unfamiliar to you especially during the demolition and construction phase, and took the time to work with me to find the right products all of which culminated in a great result for this renovation.
