Prestige Glass

We searched for a contractor to provide a quote on a custom glass shower door for our new bathroom. The space was very small and we were not sure of the design and how to attach it to the granite shower walls. Jim from Prestige glass took my call, and right away arranged for a visit to the house, provided a detailed quote and gave us some good advice. Prestige quote was less than the two others, and the product was far superior. The glass shower door was ordered and installed as stated, and to the specifications, time and cost that was agreed. We are 120% satisfied with the experience with Prestige and highly recommend this company. We had only ONE other contractor for the bathroom that was excellent (Ottawa Granite Art). Everyone else from the general contractor to the tiling was a nightmare. I grew up helping my dad in his contracting company in BC. We did top quality work....I have never seen so many horrible contractors as I have in Ottawa. Prestige is doing more than its part to off set the bad contractors out there. My advice is to build into the contract a re-work clause, and hold back a portion of the payment if you are not happy with the job as it progresses. http://www.prestigeglass.ca/
