An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We wanted to finish our basement as cheap as possible so we thought we would be our own contractor and hire the right trades. For starters , as a female it was no easy task, and 2 a lot of sub trades were trying to take me for a ride. But out of all of them we had the easiest time with foam it. They were competitive in price but higher then the rest. They came in and explained what was needed on the job and how it was going to happen. Our guts trusted them with getting the job done. Our decision to go with this trade was the best one, they coordinated with the other trades , on their time and arranged there date of installation. There were no extras on the bill. We just paid for what we agreed on. They also coordinated with the drywallers so they could get the drywall in. Nothing but praise for this compony for making a women's nightmare almost a dream come true
