Damian and his team turned our dark, unfinished basement into a bright, spacious one bedroom apartment. From day one, Damian has been absolutely professional and always easy to reach.
On days where Damian was off-site, he was sure to stop-by at the end of the day or the next morning, to ensure that things were done correctly and according to our expectations. He even showed-up after 8pm a couple of times, to correct a couple of small issues he found. At least once a week, Damian would say to me "tell me what you want...we'll do it for you".
Lindsay Contracting will not be the least expensive company to quote you, but their pricing is fair and the quality of work is well worth the price.
Since the work was completed, we had nearly 50 prospective tenants visit the apartment and nearly every one of them, commented on how great the place looked and what a tremendous job our contractors did.
Even now almost 3 months later, Damian calls me every couple of weeks, to make sure that everything is in working order and answer any questions.
