I had to get a new hot water tank as I dont have a furnace in my apartment condo that I own and our condo board has been using George for a long time. Who is the owner and when I go to sell my place I get an inspection done from the people that are moving in and due to him he has damage the roof and usually I just covered under the condo board. However, in this case it isnt it is covered under the owner, and he had to take out an old van to put in a new event. He had told us that it would not have any impact and now Im out money.
