Our experience with Grand Building was FABULOUS!
The reason we chose Grand was because we needed a contractor who had experience with installing a snow melt system in a new interlock driveway and new porch.
Organization and follow through was impeccable; a schedule for a complex project with several moving parts that had to be carefully orchestrated was created and that schedule came through in a timely manner! Grand Building gets a project done and doesn’t leave you waiting for the next step.
Everyone we dealt with namely Adam, Alex, Vito, Claudio, Blake, Jase, and Justin was professional, courteous, friendly, direct and explained things well. Their pride of workmanship was evident at all times through their careful and gorgeous execution of work. We were not sold any false expectations; Grand Building knows their stuff!
Adam answered all of our very detailed questions patiently, before we ever signed a contract. Throughout the project, he was on top of every detail and kept us informed regularly on project timelines and details. He never missed an email, call or text I sent, which was what I always expect and never have received from a contractor. From Adam, I always got a very prompt response. With so many other balls in the air, I simply don’t know how he did it!
We are extremely particular and detail oriented customers and have very demanding expectations for how things should look and Grand Building came through for us! When that happens, words cannot capture how pleased we end up!
