Third floor remodel + parking space
We hired Adam and Jason to gut and remodel the third floor of our midrow townhouse first built in 1906 .... and they did an amazing job!
Tired of living in cramped quarters, we retained the Grand Building and Contracting team to totally remake our third floor. We transformed two large but awkwardly partitioned rooms into a master bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a master bath with shower.
The team was a delight to work with all the way through; they were very accommodating when we had last-minute modifications - like adding two previously unmentioned skylights and a ductless heat pump to the design - and did excellent work throughout. Our house is so much more livable thanks to them.
The best part of all is that they stuck to both their timeline and budget.
We were so impressed with the quality of their work that we brought them back in to add a fence and a gate to our parking space.
