Tankless Experts

There was leak in existing tank-Kyle had replacement covered under warranty and I upgrade to latest model. Fast, efficient,honest. A big change from the company I initially used. Would recommend Tankless Experts Inc. easily. Recommend tankless water heaters - the way to go for cost efficient hot water.

I got 3 quotes for tankless water heater and selected Kyle in the middle price range. he explained the work he was going to do and did it exactly the same way. took away my old water tank and save me trouble. work was later inspected by TSSA inspector and it was 100% good with no issues or flags.

I had a company install then service my tankless water heater for about a year with nothing but issues. Once I contacted Kyle from Tankless experts my troubles were over. He fixed my issues quickly and permanently. Since then I had him install a second heater with no issues. His service was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He has earned my business.

We have dealt with a lot of trades people. Most we have tried to deal with were unreliable to say the least. That is the exact opposite of the service we received from Kyle at Tankless.

Kyle was very pro right from the start. He gave a good quote (a significant amount less than the Leaside competition) and sped up the install when we hit the coldest day of this year . . .

The team was courteous and cleaned up using their own equipment - no dirty boots on our carpeting either.

Kyle mentioned there was a rebate available on our old Navien unit - they used to have a really bad rep when the tankless water heater approach first came out and now the company has the best and most reliable units available with a very good warranty - big change. Saving $1200 was very nice too.

He also came back to finish up the outside work when he said he would which is unusual and appreciated.

I will hire him for any maintenance that may be needed and would recommend you check with him before making your decision on any tankless heating and water heating equipment.

Good service and a no nonsense attitude got it done ahead of time and before we froze solid.

We have been dealing with this company since Oct 2013 and our thankless water heater still have issues, first visit was to solve the fact that we did not have hot water, Kyle replaced the valve with a new kid, it was ok for a 1 month, then stop working, since then we paid for every visit ~$340 and the water tank today stop working, every visit a something different and Kyle said his work is not warranted. so I don't recommend dealing with this company at all, plus he never arrive on-time and on the agreed date. service is terrible and very expensive.

Installation took 2 days as more than 30' of gas line had to be upgraded from ½" to ¾" and the first few holes drilled through the joists were a mess - ended up doing the remainder myself before he came back the second day. Installed the unit on a piece of plywood (my walls are tiled) - which looks awful - and when I asked why, was told "that's how we do it". The line from which the condensate drains is supposed to slope downwards but was not properly installed so after 17 months my unit is toast and needs to be replaced. Final straw is the H2Flow scale shield, which cost $575 and needs the cartridge replaced every two years - at a cost of $360 per cartridge; I was told they were about $100. If they were to offer their services free of charge I would go elsewhere and choose to pay.

Only one person was required for installation, which took about 6 hours. Service was fine and the tankless heater works well enough (although it takes a a minute or so for hot water to actually come out of the tap). Took away old water heater at the end of installation (although some slight damage to the floor and door frame occurred during removal).
