Snow Removal review in

I bought a special promotion package for unlimited snow removal. I was a "customer" for 2 months, went through 3 snow storms, and they never bothered to show up once. And to add insult to injury, they never bothered to contact us to let us know what's going on. I'd never recommend this company to anyone, I'm surprised that they're still in business given their unethical business behaviours.
