Roofs by Welsh

Referred to us by a neighbor whose roof they had done a few years before. The Team did a great job, super clean. Great work ensuring existing sheeting was in good to great shape, replaced a couple sheets, lots of ice shield, upgraded roof vents from what we had previously. Blew in 12+ inches insulation at same time, which we really noticed last Winter, so much warmer! The quality of the shingles, the way the drip edges were finished, and the overall quality of the work are FAR SUPERIOR to the work we had done 15 years ago when we purchased the 1970s era home. Top notch work!

Kevin and his crew did our large, low- pitch (3.5/12) bungalow roof last week and did an amazing job.
Kevin took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and didn't try to oversell (once the work had started) or undersell anything (to have a lower initial quote). It was evident he took pride in his work and their good reputation.
The crew were awesome too.
They showed up on time. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly, and, like the other reviews have mentioned- clean-up was excellent. This was very important to us because we had 4 dogs chasing each other around the house just after the work was completed!
Replacing a roof is a huge investment, and i did a ton of research during this ordeal. We had a lot of quotes, and met a lot of (sometimes shady or clueless) characters during the search for a trustworthy roofer.
We are extremely happy with our choice and I've already recommended them to my brother- who will likely be getting his roof done by them very soon.

We were referred to Roofs by Welsh and specifically Kevin Welsh by our home builder when we needed to have our roof done. He came and provided a quote personally. He was very knowledgeable and polite. His quote was reasonable and we used his company. His crew showed up and were very respectful of the property, kept everything tidy and were very nice and polite. They did a fantastic job, especially considering the +30 degree humidity we had in July when the roof was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring roofing services.

We have a very simply straight forward semi detatched home. My neighbour and I decided it was smart to get our roofs done together. After three estimates we settled on Kevin Welsh, Owner and Operator, to do the job. I didn't have as much to do with finding him, as my neighbour did all of this part of the searching. However, upon meeting Kevin I found him to be polite, knowledgable, resectful and honest. His guys worked hard dispite the heat. Due to the simplicity of our homes Kevin was in and out in a few hours. Tidy up was good. and I'm pleased with the roof. It's amazing what a new roof can do tothe look of a home! I would most definately recommend Kevin Welsh. Infact I have already to a neighbour across the street!

Was the best service I had ever had, very nice workers and very hard workers. I wish I would be able to use them again but will never have to replace me roof again. My sister even went with them and she was very happy also...

Had my roof done last month and the service provided was very professional. Owner of the company was very prompt returning my phone calls, providing my estimate, and I had a new roof a few days later. The job was completed in one day.
