We are average home owners who purchased a house that needed remodeling. We worked with 3 other designers until we found someone who finally knew what they were talking about. Liz of 5th business knows her stuff! She is one of those rare designers that can walk into any room and know exactly what needs to be done. She has vision, a common sense approach, and is a genius when it comes to design. Her taste is impeccable and what is great about Liz is that she can work with any budget.....even the least expensive design option can look like a million dollars. We have tried other designers in the past, and unfortunately spent a lot of money on poor design and shoddy workmanship from their contractors. Liz is, hands down, the best designer that we have worked with. She is a consummate professional, always communicating the financial aspects of the project as well. Furthermore, she stands behind her contractors and makes sure that the job gets done to her high standards. What I think sets her apart from other designers is that she truly has her clients' best interest at heart,she is mindful of the budget and doesn't waste the clients' time. She gets right to the heart of things and gets it done quickly. Having worked with Liz on several design projects and upgrades with varying budgets, we would not work with anyone else! Our experience with Liz is that she is always consistent with what she delivers, and that is SUPERB results! We look forward to working with her again on future projects!
