Peacock Rug Care

I I dealt with this company 3 time over last 6 months (5 rugs’ cleaning). The service they provide is great; however, I consider that I was charged too much for the cleaning of the last rug. The rug was not soiled much (Just a few dirty spots on relatively new 100$ worth rug). I had an expensive wool rug of almost the same size cleaned previously which was extremely soiled with cat urine and was charged almost the same price for the work. It didn’t even occur to me that I would be charged that much for this kind of job. Had I known I would have reconsidered using company services. Considering I am all for support of small businesses in this difficult time I feel the support is not mutual. Too bad
