Rohit was great, showed up promptly and provided great service. Fixed bit my dryer and dishwasher. Didn't try to up sale us and repairs were done quickly and to our satisfaction. I'd highly recommend this company and Rohit in particular to anyone I know.

Amin made it through a snow storm and in time for me to pick up my daughter from school...the repair took less than 1/2 an hour and my oven was working great! They were quick to figure out the problem too!

This was the second time using Newtech, the first time was for a leaking washing machine, and the second visit was because our dryer was taking a very long time to dry cloths.

Washer was making loud very annoying noise that was getting worse day by day. I was concerned that it was getting ready to die. I called Amin who arrived within a half hour and very quickly fixed the problem.

I was particularly impressed that he cleaned up my laundry room floor afterwards and, in addition, did a small repair on my refrigerator ay no charge.

I had a leaky washer in a condo which I just purchased and called Amin with Newtech Applicances on the recommendation of a family friend. Amin was professional and offered a reasonable quote for the work, despite the labor involved (unstacking/restacking in confined spaces) and the need for multiple trips. He was able to diagnose the problem and seal the leak, hopefully permanently, and I now have a functioning washer once more, for far less than the cost of a brand new washer/dryer set. Amin arrived when he said he would and always picked up the phone when you called him. Amazing service, I would strongly recommend Amin and Newtech Applicances for all your applicance repair needs.

I called Newtech on a Sunday to get my washer fixed (it wasn't an emergency - just wanted to schedule something). Was pleased that the phone was answered by someone other than an answering service. Very professional and polite. Let me know who the technician was that would be helping me and that he would call on Monday. He did and was very prompt and polite. Arrived when he said he would - very knowledgeable and friendly. Washer fixed - he showed me the problem. I am very pleased and will absolutely use again. Thanks Hassan!

First I phoned Sears home appliance repair, my appliances have all been bought through Sears. They gave me a date for the repair at over a week. I told them that was totally unacceptable. I googled local appliance repair and Newtech among others came up. What made me choose Newtech were the reviews, all favorable. So I called told Amin my problem, he said he would be at my house within half an hour. What I received was fast courteous service at a reasonable price!! Newtech is now my go-to appliance repair company!!

Second time I have used Newtech. Same reliable, on-time, efficient, knowledgeable service. This time the garburator leaked and the dishwasher squealed. The garburator was found to have a leak and our technician bought a new one, and replaced ours. Now it works great and no leaks. The dishwasher squealed like crazy when it got to a certain cycle. The technician said we were using too much soap.
I was EXTREMELY skeptical but we ran the dishwasher several times without adding soap and there was tons of soap suds still in the dishwasher. I couldn't believe it! So I ran it for the next day over and over (and empty) until the suds cleared. Guess what? No squeal! Technician said to use liquid gel and not the Finish tablets.
I will never used dishwasher tablets again. Dishwasher working perfectly since then. No one is more amazed than me.
