The Re:Leaf Group

I've used the services of Releaf Group twice before and am considering them again for more service soon. Andrew and his team are very thorough and professional with their work and their prices are quite competitive. (I live in a house with plenty of trees and backing on to a ravine so I do need regular tree care services, and have only not used them once, when they were super-busy.)
The first time I hired Releaf, Andrew removed to large ash trees in my backyard that had become infested with the ash borer, and he put a brace on a HUGE maple tree to secure its two main sections that branches out about 15 feet above the ground.) The second time, he came to our house after a wind storm had cause a very large branch from a willow tree in our front yard to fall precariously on top of our electricity wire, and was risking snapping the connection to the house. He quickly removed it, cut it into smaller pieces and again removed it.

This review is long overdue. Andrew and his team of workers arrived to remove five declining/dead trees, including a birch that was in danger of falling on our house.
After arranging for the work to be done, Andrew arrived two weeks beforehand to trim the birch because he was concerned it would succumb to high winds before our appointment. We were impressed that he cared enough about our property to provide this level of service.
On the day, the crew worked steadily until the work was completed, late into the evening. The stumps were ground and the wood hauled away. He left firewood for our neighbours to pick up, even cutting the logs to size for easy transport.
His team also trimmed some mature trees that were overhanging the roof.
Andrew impressed us with his dedication to trees, mindfulness about safety, and thoughtfulness for the homeowner. We highly recommend the Re:Leaf Group.

Andrew promptly responded to my email request for service. He came to my house the next day and looked at the dead tree I needed to cut down. He was friendly and easy to talk to. We agreed on a date for the work to be done. The team came when they said they would and began to work right away. They were friendly, careful and very efficient. They completed the work in no time and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Thank you.

Very friendly! They cut down a massive tree, in the front yard, so expertly. This is the only company that I would use in the future. They showed up on the date agreed and they were so careful that my neighbours wanted to know who they were. I recommend them without reservation.

I had a bunch of dead branches that never recovered from the ice storm on 5 large trees that hadn't been trimmed in 10 years, as well as a bunch of young maples trying to grow in my backyard. Andrew was very quick to respond to my quote and I found the price so reasonable I increased the scope of the work. He and his team arrived exactly as planned and did an excellent job. I told him that the cleanup was so good there was less mess on the lawn then before he started. What impressed me most was that as the trimming was done while I was at work Andrew came back in the evening to make sure everything was ok and quickly took care of a small additional trimming I requested. I see no reason not use Andrew for any of our future needs.

I am very happy of Andrew and his team service today. I have two trees to prune and one tree for removal. They have wonderful customer service, response fast, on time and have a very reasonable price. The clean up work was fabulous. Overall we are very satisfied with their work. I had recently contracted Andrew and his team to undertake the removal of a large pine tree in our backyard. I am writing this review primarily to applaud this companies professionalism and workmanship. They are a credit to their profession. When contacted they responded very quickly and we were able to arrange an onsite quote meeting without too much bartering. I would highly recommend this company because of these factors. I am certain you will not be disappointed. I will suggest as well that I had tried contacting several other companies without as much as a return call. I was told that it would be up to several weeks for a return call or visit. Not that Re: Leaf was the bottom of my list and or not busy, I just did not hear back from the others. Andrew actually attended my home at 9:00 in the evening after a long hot day working to provide his quote. This guy and his team know how to run a ' Business ' and provide service. The other tree companies are also on the first page of contractors.I will not name them, but they would never get a call from me to waste my time and breath. They have no idea of what customer service is or how to run a business. Don't waste your time either, call Re:Leaf first.

Andrew contacted me within hours of posting my query about removing a cherry tree from my backyard. The other 4 arborists I contacted took several days and some never responded. He was quick and efficient and took care to remove any debris from the tree. He was also available through email for any additional questions and responded promptly. I was very happy with the service he provided.

My neighbor and I need to remove the Crab Apple trees in front of our houses. After checking with several companies, we decided to go with Andrew's team. He gave us good impressions from the time we got the free quote to when the job was done. He responded quick to emails and finished the job in a really short time. I was worried that my shrub and perennials under the tree would have been damaged by the job but Andrew finished the task without any sign of damage. Highly recommended.

We just had Andrew and his team removed a dead ash tree from our backyard and replaced it with a locust on the same spot. Andrew was very pleasant to deal with. He responded to my all inquiries and questions in a timely manner. We must have exchanged 10+ emails prior to the job and each and every questions were patiently answered.
