We had problem with our sensor when the system was first installed. It took them a while to come fixed it which was a little frustrating. But once it is fixed the system works fine. And we really like their panel. It looks really stylish in our house. Worth paying the extra.

WE REQUEST TO STOP THE SERVICE AFTER A CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED AND THEY KEEP ON CHARGING US FOR 6 MONTHS MORE. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND WE END UP PAYING FOR THOSE MONTHS..

I just had a great experience with alarm force. The installer was on time, very knowledgable and helped us feel very happy and secure with our new alarm. I also had great help whenever I had to deal with anyone on the phone. I ended up with better protection than I thought we could afford and the monthly fees are very cheap. I would recomend them to anyone!

After a home burglary, , we reallised we needed a home alarm system. Living in a suburban neighborhood where daylight break-and-enters are increasingly common, the only way to deter theives is to ensure your home is difficult to break into.

One solution is to have a monitored alarm system. So, when it cam time to invest in a system and monitoring, we researched what was available and the types of systems. With a good recommendation by word-of-mouth, and after researching, we settled on Alarm Force.

We chose the system due to its relative ease and simplicity of operation.; In addition, their efficient monitoring helped to put us at ease.With their two-way voice communication, one has to speak via a built-in speaker system with the monitoring center, when the alarm is triggered.

Overall, we are pleased with the helpfulness of the staff from sales through to installation and post-install service. They are also one of the most affordable and cost-effective options.

The installer arrived in his own personal vehicle, kind of skeptical at first. Besides initial jitters, the installer was polite and efficient. Overall, the service has been fine for our family needs. I must warn that the system is owned by Alarmforce and the batteries tend to die fairly often. Phone service for assistance is helpful but difficult to get a hold of due to long waits.

The guy who came to my house to set up my system was very nice, and did a good job. The system seems to be good. We by accident set off the alarm, and giving the voice-over guy our security question answer, it was shut off remotely. I don't know if I want to still pay the monthly cost of the alarm, but overall, I am very happy.

Alarmforce is one of the top service providers within the field. I personally believe that their service is simply the best service a household could ever ask for! Their response time is great and the security is top-notch! They cover every inch of a house, from doors to doors and window to windows. Also the payment is monthly and very easily affordable. I love the service that I am receiving.

Great system, alarm was surprisingly fast install. The installer was nice, courteous and most importantly, showed up on time and did a good job. Used the existing wiring in the wall which was nice. Alarm is really cool, have accidentally tripped it and the live person comes on!

We had our system installed by another company, but their rates were quite high. When our contract expired we decided to go with Alarm Force based on a neighbour's reccomendation. Arranging the contract was simple, and we haven't had any issues or false alarms.
