He did not guarantee his work. He said if there was a future problem, it will be $50 charge per visit. Also, for the duration of the service, he made me (the home owner) to clean the rat droppings before he would step into the infested area. I thought this was his job. Lastly, there was a large gap on the wall, which he just told me I should "block." Again, he didn't volunteer to do it. I have to hire a general contractor to do it. Overall, he spent 30 minutes placing traps and poison, and took the money. He did say he would come back 2 more times, but I was expecting him to do more like clean and actually patch all the holes.

Sorry, for rat control with 3 times services only $195 charge, this service does not including cleaning the rat dropping, and fixing the large gap. Also, pest control is a cooperation work between pest control technician and customers, if you cannot repair the structure problem and eliminate food source, you cannot get rid of the problem.
