I ordered replacement of 3 windows from Home Depot. The installation services representative came the day after and suggested window type and brand. I was also advised that the windows will be prepared and ready for installation in the next 4 to 6 weeks. But amazingly I received a friendly call from the customer service to setup an appointment for the installation after only 2 weeks from the original order submission.
The actual installation was done very professionally. The installers also did a nice job cleaning the site after they finished. Overall I am completely satisfied with the windows and the installation, although, I think, it is a little bit too pricey.

After shopping around for a reputable vendor and not having much luck in terms of confidence or trust, I turned to HD services for an estimate. The project coordinator fully understood our needs and situation, and provided an accurate quote for the work. The crew demonstrated a high level of professionalism, workmanship and safety performance. The work was completed according to schedule with no extras or surprises.

I am very pleased with the installation of my basement windows.
The installers came on time, were very nice, they introduced themselves and went straight to work. When work was done, they showed me the finished project. Everything was neat and clean on the outside. Inside, the new windows looked even better and I was shown how to remove them for easy cleaning They did a great job.
I will definitely call them back next year for replacing my other windows.

Of the 4 quotes we procured, Home Depot was the best price. After review the doors offered they were also the best value. Our Sales Rep was very good and the communication from Home Depot was very good. Everything went according to schedule and the installers were fabulous. They did the job very well...they worked slowly and carefully to ensure the job was done right and they kept the work area clean.

Replaced our roof with 50 year warranty Timberline shingles. Very professional job. Contractor took time to ensure that our yard and gardens were well protected from all debris and cleanup was well done also. They wasted no time, very quick and efficient and the roof looks great. We would certainly recommend this company.

Michelle, Coordinator was able to quickly book our install date. Jeremy and John, installers, clean, efficient, polite, friendly and quite good at cleanup and checking with us about certain possible changes to be made, if needed. The changes did not have to happen in the end, because they were able to work their magic.
