The installers were very polite and knowledgeable. They come on time and had all the answers to our questions and were very clean and organized. We are so impressed how great our door looks. Beautiful. Just had the door installed yesterday. The installers were efficient, clean and timely. As for the door, what can I say. Loved the way the disability sill was put in and the insulation and door framing. Good job. Recommend Home Depot for any installation and products.

The door is in and looks great but for a couple of issues. Resolution with the project manager, Heather has been in process for over 5 months without any resolution. On the inside there is some trim that shipped from the factory with the door. It is not painted, in fact it does not look like it has even been primed. It is a cream color that does not match the inside color of the door. One would think the door interior would be finished professionally at the factory. Heather promised to send a rep out and no one has even contacted me. The caulking on the exterior is not smooth and does detracts from the finish of the door. Not happy with customer issue resolution.

Peak installations did an excellent job on the installation of a Bay Window in the Kitchen as well as two large bedroom windows. The installation crew arrived at the scheduled time, were very professional and respectful. The installation was perfect as a result of them taking pride in the work that they did. The replacement job looks far superior to the original windows. I have complete confidence in recommending Home Depot and Peak.

My name is Colleen. We recently had a front door installed in our home by home depot and we couldn't be happier. From the sales consultant , project manager and installation guy, everyone was fantastic. They showed up on time, answered all questions and did a fantastic job with installation. I would highly recommend! We live in an old home which can give a challange with new installation as nothing is square. The guy who installed took his time.to make sure everything was perfect and there would be no air leaks, like our old door had. So impressed.

Fantastic from start to finish. Very thorough and will definitely use again. Very organized and clean up was amazing. We love our new front door and stoop. No stress at all.

We decided to go through Homedepot as all quotes were somewhat the same but Peak was still a bit lower. 100 % the right choice. We are more than happy with the final product. Great staff, quality installation and product. Im going to give HD a call next time without hesitation.

Home Depot installed my new front door and the experience was excellent. They arrived on time, were courteous, fast, and cleaned up well at the end of the job. They walked me through how the new locks worked and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them.

Customer service for this project was excellent from the first team which came over to measure to installation. The 2 gentlemen that installed the door were beyond professional and were very considerate and accomodating while work was being completed. Clear instructions to given at completion of installation to ensure product efficiency and care.
