Bea and her team were recommended by a couple of friends and we haven't looked back! It is such a treat to come home to a clean home and not worry about scrubbing and vacuuming on weekends when all I want to do is relax. They do a fantastic job and I could not say enough positive things about them. I would recommend Bea and A Gift of Time to anyone!

We had a cleaning to do upon move-out of a difficult legal tenancy problem, and Bea and her team were wonderful. They came, worked incredibly hard, were completely honest. This is a great example of a great business, which provides a real service, honestly, and thoroughly. We tipped them well- and they deserved it! Definitely best cleaning company I have ever seen, and a great company/owner overall as well.

After reading reviews on this site, we decided to hire Bea and her team to do some cleaning in our high-end condo, which we were putting up for sale. We had previously hired a company to paint and clean the unit and they did not do a proper clean up job. As the unit would be sold at a premium, we required that the unit be as clean as possible and that every small detail would be covered. This meant that every cabinet handle needed to be de-greased and clean, every stainless appliance (Stove, fridge, oven) cleaned and polished to a shine, every glass window and mirror washed (including the outside patio), the real hardwood floor properly washed and polished, all the marble and stone countertops cleaned, and every sill dusted among many other things in our 2 bedroom apartment.

We contacted Bea via Homestars email service, and she promptly replied. After reviewing the scope of work, we were able to set up a time for the job within several days. Bea and her team arrived on-time with a van equipped with all the proper cleaning supplies. In contrast to our previously hired cleaning company, they brought with them all the right supplies - sprays, polishes, cleaners, vacuums, ladders, etc clearly demonstrating that they really did know what they were doing.
As soon as they got into the unit, the labour was divided up and the crew went straight to work. After observing for a while, we left them to do their work, and came back when they were completed. We could not have been happier with the results. Every detail was covered, and if there was anything missed, Bea promptly took care of it.

Both my mother and myself use Bea's housecleaning service. She is very friendly and honest, always looking for ways to improve her service. We love her! As it is a housekeeping service, sometimes there are things that may get overlooked by one of the staff, but Bea has encouraged us to inform her any and every time that we have a concern. She then offers to rectify the problem by either coming back, a free clean or special detailing (like cleaning inside the fridge, for example. She is more than accommodating! Our tenant of 3.5 years moved out and let his bathroom and fridge in a pretty awful state. It was obvious that he never cleaned either. Bea and her team were able to bring everything back to looking brand new in very little time.
Status updates on scheduling and arrival by text message was convenient and I think the price was very fair for the work put in.

WELL beyond my expectations. I am a very detail oriented person and very particular about how I want things done. I've used many different cleaning companies over the years, both small and large, but have NEVER found anyone as professional and hard working as Bea and her team. We have used Bea's services for many years now and every time she leaves we are constantly impressed. I tried 3 house cleaning services that were costly, unprofessional and difficult to book. After several incidents that i won't go into here I had ceased using any service at all. Then my neighbour recommended Bea and her team and I have been using them ever since. (2+ years) Bea's team is helpful, and friendly and Bea is a sweetheart. The team whisks in and cleans in no time, they do a great job, are careful with your valuable items, and always professional. They cost less than any of the other services I tried - no fancy backpack vacuums, no special cars, just great service! I would (and have) recommended them to anyone. (As long as they still have time for me!)

Excellent house cleaning services! Cleaned my windows and made it sparkly clean. They also cleaned my floor and made it looked very new! Their staff was really friendly and the service is wonderful
