Patrick is as good a tradesman as you can find. He is very pleasant, completely transparent, reasonable, flexible and professional.
His prices are very competitive, his work is excellent, he leaves the work area clean at all times and he stands by his work.
It was surprising to see him work so meticulously and he holds his workers to his same standard.
In addition, he made suggestions to us that we are glad we heeded. He was very kind in working around the scheduling mistakes of other contractors in our renovation. He was flexible and pleasant about it as well.
He is extremely busy and sometimes difficult to get a hold of, but that is what happens when you have someone do such a great job - he is in demand constantly.
I wouldn't think of using anyone else for future projects.
