We had an outside drainage problem which resulted in water in one of our basement rooms. Fortunately I called the right guy, Pablo, who took control & had us on the right track in no time.
He came when he said he would & did what he said he could. He replaced the underlay & put the carpet back so it looks like nothing happened.
