Timely, relatively well-priced, and painless install
I'll preface the review by first stating that the experience hasn't been a complete 10-star for a few reasons:
* The rolling "zebra blinds" that we ordered didn't necessarily fit the greatest and some had to almost get forced into place, while a few of the others needed to be sent back to the factory to get the length corrected
* On the wider "zebra blinds", the bottom is weighed down with a metal bar that noticeably bows. This does not affect functionality but aesthetics aren't that great.
* One of the pull cords have snapped with relatively gentle adult-only use
With the negatives out of the way, which largely aren't their fault, our experience and interactions with Ameer and Ramona have been very positive. They took the time to answer all of our questions and patiently provided all sorts of options to work within our aesthetic preferences and budgetary restrictions.
While they weren't the cheapest of the quoted vendors, they inspired the most confidence, which was something we were willing to pay a bit more for. Some of the others struck us as fly-by-night companies, so "get what you pay for" applies here.
