This company is a comedy of errors. From start to finish my countertop took three months to install correctly. When I purchased the countertop I was told 2-3 weeks for the install, which changed to 3-4 weeks, which became 5 weeks, which ended up being 9 weeks by the time they eventually installed it. The final postponement was because I have stairs to my front door and they needed an extra person to carry the counter in. The same stairs that were always there, not sure why they didn't consider it the first time they booked an appointment. Then they installed it incorrectly. And so began the nightmare of getting them to redo it.

Also, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULT! Even though it was done incorrectly, the installer put a lot of pressure on me to sign the paperwork. I am so glad I refused when I was subsequently faced with such unwillingness to fix their mistake. This company cannot be trusted.

Initially I was blamed for the error as Valley Counter Tops suggested that we didn't communicate correctly. This was infuriating since we had had a long, detailed conversation about our install when the man came for the measure and it was not very complicated and crystal clear what we wanted. Then we were told there was nothing they could do. Then, after complaining to the store manager at our local Home Depot, they could miraculously fix it! Amazing!

There was no willingness to fix it quickly, however, and we were put back in the cue having to wait another 4 weeks before they replaced the incorrect pieces of the countertop, bringing the total time to 3 months. Our reno was delayed by months waiting for Valley Countertops to deliver on the $6,500 product we had purchased. After much complaining and renegotiating, Home Depot begrudgingly gave us a 10% refund, which was too little, too late. Dealing with Valley Countertops was extremely frustrating and angering.

RUN! Use ANYONE but them!

Appalled at the installation. 3/8 gap behind my slide in stove, two colours of glue used for seams that are too dark. More of an overhang on one counter than other, cut hole on site for undermountsink thinking it was over mount. Creating shards and dust throughout my main living area because of their mistake. They replaced that piece but then to fix the gap behind stove ,cut the piece again to fix the gap behind the stove and now the sink is not centered in my cabinet so I need to get a custom cabinet maker to build something to camouflage their mistake. NIGHTMARE! After all this they said they was nothing they can do for me. STAY AWAYFROM THEM!

I purchased granite countertops from Home Depot and this is the company they use for installations. The initial contact and the person that came to do the measurements was great. The installation also went off well except that when they left I noticed a large chip in the countertop. I immediately contacted Valley Countertops and the customer rep was very short with me. They sent someone out to fill the hole with plastic which is quite visible and diminishes the quality of this expensive product considerably. I requested a replacement and was offered a $200 gift card instead. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had my countertops replaced by Valley Countertops and they look amazing! Brad their Project Manager walked me through the entire process which at first seemed overwhelming. I was able to choose a colour from their showroom and in just 2 weeks later my countertops were installed. I would highly recommend using these guys, 2 thumbs up :)

Two months later they haven’t still fixed the mess they made in my kitchen. They never return calls. Stay away from them because they do not keep promises. Sent by Home Depot to me

Silestone countertops templated and installed by their contractors, countertop edges not square and overlapping the gap for the range by 1/4" a side. What was supposed to a 30" gal to accommodate a standard range was in fact 29.5" so I cannot install the range.

Repeated phone calls to "customer service", repeated voice mails to 1 individual, no response. It seem it is going to be quicker to drive to Abbotsford and confront them that get a response form these people.

From the start working with Jeff Kennedy to arrange the colour of the counter tops (the colour was perfect) to Jenny who helped with the design and the quote. Jenny went above and beyond to get me an earlier installation date even know they were fully booked she was able to do something for me 10 days earlier then the original date.
Kevin came to do the cut out design not only was he very nice and yes right on time he saw and error in the counter top that we needed to get fixed not only that he helped my husband figure out what kind of TV we should get and where (no extra charge)
Today was installation day and Ryan and Dylan not only made it on time they were able to show up over an hour earlier for us. They are both very knowledgeable and extremely good at their job, I have only seen pictures that my contractor has sent me so far but all I can say is WOW. My contractor also mentioned that this is a very professional team.
I can't describe how amazing my experience has been and how easy they made it for me, by far they are one of the best contractors that I have dealt with during my renovation process.
And NO I am NOT an employee of the company

Absolutely love my new countertops! Our rep was extremely helpful with our design options. The installers were very professional and friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. Both the templater (not sure if that is his correct title, but the guy who came to measure everything!) and the installers were very good at educating me and making sure I knew how to care for my counters properly. Everything was left in perfect condition, the end result was beautiful, and I was impressed that they also made sure to add extra supports for our undermount sink, beyond all the product requirements, without even being asked to!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen countertops and the service that Valley Countertops provided! Their customer service was excellent and the attention to detail showed in the quick installation of the finished product. Thank you for the quality product and customer service!
