Greenland picked up our goods the day they were contracted and delivered them to Toronto within the estimated timeline mentioned. We did have some concerns but all ithings considered the move was a success. Greenland did contact me to address the concerns we had and we have resolved the outstanding concerns. My advice, with any move, would be to read the fine print and get a final price prior to the move.

Once you pay your deposit to reserve the day & time (which actually only reserves day - not time); phonecalls & emails are NEVER returned.
Our weight estimate (from the movers that picked up the goods) was 2000 lbs. Greenland charged us 3500 lbs! For a 1 bedroom, with NO appliances! They are trying to make this my fault for not requesting a copy of the bill before delivery - BUT I DID! Emailed the day before and asked for it - never had a response. Also requested by phone numerous times. And then there is the damage to the furniture.
I can't summarize all the issues - just stay away. They do a great sale job - but don't believe the hype. I did - and I'm incredibly sorry i did.
