Hi ,
I recently purchased a closet pax unit from ikea.
I had some issues with the parts ( some damaged some missing)
I called in and managed to speak to Serkie , he guided me on face time call and replaced my parts immediately.
I also had led lighting issues and he helped me to get them working. Great support from Serkie , he really provided me with great service!
