Russ very rapidly noticed an eaves trough problem that I knew about but hadn't told him. He suggested the fix that I had seen Mike Holmes suggest in a similar situation. Russ also made an additional small repair at no cost to us.
I think that this is one service provider that Mike Holmes himself would recommend.
