Where do I get started, I ordered a mattress and box spring from sears in person at this location. 2 weeks later they finally deliver my order but! they sent me a queen mattress and half of a box spring.
When I called to let them know, they said they would call me back in 48 hours. THIS NEVER HAPPENED, I called many times and left many messages until finally the following week I went into the store.
While at the store they tried to tell me I had to pay MORE money, I had to purchase another half of a box spring AND delivery. I exclaimed I was not purchasing anything else and they could come pick up what they had sent me and return my money. after a not needed argument with 3 staff they finally decided to send me a full box spring free of charge and planned to pick up the half box spring. (this is where things get complicated) The man insists I HAVE to pay for the box spring I already have and he will return my money when he receives the box spring back. I paid the 100 dollar "deposit" it has now been 2 weeks and ever time I call and leave messages they NEVER get back to me. I am about ready to go back into the store AGAIN.
Purchase from this company and location at your own risk, seems like they just take your money and refuse to return it.
