Alberta Carpet Cleaning (Calgary)

For our vacation home in Tuscany off of Tuscany Boulevard, our carpets were a mess. We found a coupon for a 4 room carpet cleaning and one hallway free. We ended up getting four rooms with scotchgard and added in a three seat sofa for cleaning. We were surprised at how affordable this was. The results were perfect. Best value and service for the money. Staff were friendly and great.

These guys were great. I don't know a whole lot about Calgary yet so I wasn't sure who to get hold of for carpet cleaning. I just don't have that network of trusted contractors built up yet. But I can say that having dealt with these guys at Alberta Carpet Cleaning I am feeling much more comfortable. Good job, fair price, very professional. Thanks.

I purchased two beautiful rugs online but when they arrived they smelled of gas from the shipping...it was pretty bad. Alberta Carpet Cleaning got the smell out & they cleaned both rugs for the best price in town. They were very well informed & had great customer service. A+ from us.

I needed a Furnace installation and i was lucky to find Alberta Home Services and it is a funny thing because i was also in need of a good company for rug cleaning. and after a great service performed for the Furnace installation who was better to do the run than this great company..You're dealing with real professionals and they're punctual, thorough, and nice as you could ever want or expect. None of the BS about how tough or difficult it's gonna be, just give them the address and it's done! Highly, mightily recommended!

I am truly impressed with the service the technician (Ivan) provided us with the carpet cleaning. He was punctual and explained to us in detail from the beginning the service and what was included in it. He meticulously placed some small laminated pieces of paper under some of my furniture/decorative pieces I have to protect the carpet. This was never done in any service I had before.He had suggestions regarding the carpet which were useful. Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by this serviceman and the company.

You won't find a better carpet cleaning service in Calgary. I did my research, but nobody seemed better than Albert Carpet Cleaning. My carpet looks brand new after they were finished! I had a lot of nasty stains from previous home owners that I was sure would never come out. To my surprise, they eliminated all of them, without using any nasty chemicals too! Their rates were spectacular and the service they provided was top notch. All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. It's great to see people who actually care about their work.

I needed them in a rut circumstance and they came within a hour on a Friday and were done less than 2 hours. So sweet and their products are non toxic and don't smell. I will start using them more often now.

I had my carpets cleaned with my major concern several stains and high traffic areas. Carpet cleaning was done and due to the carpets being wet I could not tell if the stains had been removed. The next day I saw that essentially none of the stains had been removed and the high traffic areas looked the same as before. Complained and they sent back the tech a week later. He told me that the stains could not be removed. I later used a consumer carpet cleaner and removed the stains myself and re-cleaned much of the carpets. I was amazed how dirty the water was that was extracted. The technician who did the job did not provide the level of service he should have and ACC acknowledged this and refunded half my costs. I consider this a fair.
