Alberta Carpet Cleaning (Calgary)

B.J. cleaned our carpet and our patio furniture cushions today. He did a thorough job, and my husband and I are very pleased with the results. It all looks new again!

Our Lounge is a very busy lounge and the carpet and chairs see over 125 curlers per night from Sept to March. Today - August - BJ came and cleaned the carpet and chairs and it is gorgeous. Clean and bright and he spent extra time on stains. Great job and I would recommend BJ for home and commercial cleaning for sure!!!

Awesome service beginning to end, friendly phone staff, showed up right on time, gave tips and tricks to help after the clean and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets! BJ is a definite asset to your company!

Was not completely satisfied when the company first did the carpets but they quickly resolved the issues. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company that truely cares for their customers.

Alberta Home Services clean our carpets again today and they did a fantastic job! I was in my home-office on a call, I let them in and they cleaned, opened the windows and turned the heat up to promote air circulation, and quietly left, leaving an invoice on the counter. Awesome.

I went out for the evening and when I came back my dog had made a huge mess on the carpet. These guys were round first thing the next day and by the time they were done, it was like it never happened! Thanks again :)

Extremely satisfied with this service. I had no idea how bad my carpet was until I decided to get them cleaned. They cleaned it last week and I am still amazed at how great of a job they did. The cleaners were very nice and professional. My carpet truly looks new. They even managed to get out some nasty red wine stains! Next time that I need my carpet cleaned,I will be calling them again. I recommend highly.

I hired this company to clean my carpets after a friend recommended them. Believe it or not, it’s hard to find people who know how to clean carpets properly. It’s a skill that takes a lot of years to perfect, especially since there are so many different kinds of fabrics and thickness of carpets. When I spoke to this company on the phone, they gave me a great quote and explained exactly what was included in the price and when they could come by.

The technician named Lewis showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He explained the process to me again and got started right away. I was surprised that he was finished earlier than I expected, but my carpets looked brand new! He had gotten all the stains out and I hadn’t really realized how dirty they were until I saw them clean again. They also smelled great. This is the best $250 I have spent on my apartment. Would definitely recommend to others.

I made an appointment with Alberta Carpet Cleaning, they guy arrived a little late, no big deal. After he looked at my carpets he said that it would be best to sanitize and deodorize them, an extra $200, I told him I wasn't really interest in that as I am a student and couldn't afford the extra cost. He then proceeded to tell me that if I was not willing to add the extra service he wouldn't clean my carpets. So, I ended up paying $400 instead of the original $200 I was quoted. After my carpets had dried they were a mess, they were sticky, as if there was still soap in the carpet and there were still stains that were just spread around. My dog had a small accident on the stairs and after they were cleaned, sanitized and deodorized they still smell like dog pee. A complete waste of time and money, very unsatisfied! When I called to talk to somebody about the issuse they were extremely rude and did not do anything to help!
