I’m not a first time customer. I’ve hired Regal design + Build over the last 3 years for anything I’ve needed and recommended them to multiple friends so obviously I’m a happy customer. I find them to be extremely polite and accommodating. They’ve went out of their way on many occasions to find what I want, do a design in a very overcomplicated manner, or to get work done in an unreasonable time frame. Basically when I made things unreasonably (and perhaps unnecessarily) difficult they still did exactly what I wanted with the exact materials I wanted. Not many companies would do the same. Work they have done for me includes painting, flooring, 2 bathrooms, wainscoting, tiling, archways, ceilings, and various woodwork.

I’ve had both the exterior and interior of my house painted too many times. In my opinion there wasn’t any major issue any time in the past, everything was relatively good. The only problems were extremely minor, basically nothing a normal human being should notice, but that didn’t stop everyone in my family from whining about it. It didn’t seem to matter how the painting was done they’d find something to nag about until my ears bled.
That’s where The Fresh Coat Painting & Renovations company comes in. I was sick and tired of dealing with all these companies considering how many times over I’ve had painting done, but it was a painless experience dealing with them. They were very professional and gave direct answers without delay. That’s all good and well, but what I’m happy/relieved about is that my family has not yet complained about their work! No complaints about the result not complementing the orbit of the moon, or a molecule out of place or any of those other none sense complaints……… FINALLY SOME PEACE AND QUIET! Thank you Fresh Coat Painting for your quality work which even the biggest whiners can’t complain about.

Ramin and his team did an excellent job with my kitchen and main floor renovation. They were extremely courteous and kept my house very clean and livable throughout the project. I was very impressed at how clean he kept the house despite all the work that was being done from demolition to finishing. Ramin has great attention to details and I mostly valued his excellent ongoing contact and communication during the job. This was my first experience of a home renovation and had heard many horror stories from friends and colleagues. However, Ramin and his crew surprised me! Not only was the work done with great quality but completed on time and within budget.

As an interior designer in downtown Toronto I work with contractors and trades all time, I appreciate what an organized & knowledge team can achieve. Ramin & Arash they both have been professional, skilled in their work and efficient with their time. When meetings were called Arash was always on time. : I simply wanted a fireplace and wall unit with a few of my own ideas added in. Every other company I contacted to have a look told me that it wouldn’t properly fit where I wanted it regardless of how it was designed. I didn’t buy that excuse. I’ve seen houses with almost identical designs to mine with fireplaces in the same spot that I wanted one. Fresh Coat Painting & Renovation didn’t say any of that nonsense and they incorporated all the ideas for the design I wanted. The fireplace they built is seamless in design, it looks like it was an original part of out the house just as I wanted and it looks exactly like what I asked for. That sounds like a perfect job to me.

On time, professional, polite, quick and have good craftsmanship. The craftsmanship is what I have the most to say about, for parts that were custom made everything is extremely uniform almost like they were completely automated machine made. That’s quality. 10/10, would hire again.

The most important criteria we considered when hiring a renovation company was trust, workmanship and communication. Rob Tiberio and his staff of Rainbow Landscaping met these criteria. Rob’s personal touch provided us with a great renovation experience.
We contracted Rob to build us an outdoor kitchen. Rob’s portfolio included stunning photos of his past client’s projects. He listened to our vision and presented us with an organized plan including; design & techniques used, material choices, outdoor appliances, permits, cost, time-frame, work schedule etc.
As the project progressed Rob kept us informed and up-to date regarding weather delays, the overall progress and of course the budget. In addition his staff always kept the worksite clean, orderly and safe.

We have been so happy with Rob that we contracted him to renovate our pool area, ½ acre backyard & front yard. Rainbow designed and installed; thousands of square feet of covered decking, modern glass railings, interlocking walkways, elevated interlocking flower beds and finally an interlocking driveway. The value of our home has definitely been elevated. But more importantly we have an outdoor space that is our family’s sanctuary to enjoy all year round.

The Fresh Coat company more than helpful when they worked with us to plan out the final design for our renovation. They helped us make the right decision every step of the way, which even includes materials that we we suppose to provide. The owners Ramin & Arash were very patient with us as we pestered them many times during the project. They finished the job rather quickly and I’d imagine they would have finished even faster if we didn’t interrupt them so many times unnecessarily regarding the colors and decorating finishes. But the speed they got everything finished was not the impressive part, how very clean every pattern was done is what’s impressive.

Researching what companies to hire has been more than exhausting. The painting for all the house, new custom impressed, pantry & wine cellar was the main focus. I didn’t think I would end up hiring a single company to take care of it all. Fresh Coat Painting has a very nice gallery for examples which I spent a lot of time looking at.
I met Jorge 3 months when he came to my home to give me an estimate and he was more than helpful. He was extremely patient with my ton of questions and his input was very much appreciated, and it showed his experience considering how insightful the info he told me was. With him and his designer’s advice I was able to make a final decision about what I wanted done.
I watched them do some of their work, particularly the painting & staining on site with brush mark to match with our hand painted kitchen cabinets and it was almost surprising to see how clean it came out. With something such as paint I almost expected a slight flaw here or there, but so far I’ve seen none. The pantry cabinets and top are quite chic, every detail is good and the quality seems excellent.
