Last weekend, after a huge ailanthus tree fell in my yard threatening two houses, Aaron was the first to respond and to quote on a Sunday, then scheduled the emergency work on the first dry day arriving with a crew of 7 and lots of the best equipment, chippers and bins. It was one of the most efficient team efforts I've witnessed all working professionally at all times. Work was completed and the site left well cleaned in just six hours. Aaron's a pro, clear, with no wastage anywhere. The neighbours were extremely pleased with both the fast scheduling and quality work. I feeI got great value for money. We contacted Toronto Tree Removal to remove our backyard tree which unfortunately was rotting and presented a danger given our close proximity to our neighbours. Aaron from Toronto Tree Removal arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He explained the permit process including the costs. We received our estimate within a few days. Heather from Toronto Tree Removal did an excellent job coordinating the work. She referred us to Hilary for tree inspection and permit submission. The permit was approved per the timeline Hilary provided us. The team arrived on time and completed the work within one day. Toronto Tree Removal goes above and beyond to do the requested work on our large silver maple and very tall cedars. Aaron is very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. The crew took pride in their work and were easy to consult with during the day. The clean up was meticulous. Twice now my neighbour has engaged this company to 1) take down an old oak and b) trim 2 black walnut trees. Both times the crew had to access our property during the process to tackle the work. The crew was overall very proficient: careful when bringing down larger pieces/branches, conscientious about property and landscaping damage and very thorough on clean up. Aaron - owner - took the time to walk through the process with me in advance and ensure that I was clear about their plan. Highly recommended. (Unsure of exact pricing but my neighbour relayed it was very fair).

Overall, Toronto Tree Removal is very professional, reliable and has excellent team work. They cut the tree branches to the length that is within the yard space limit. Then they control the branches to fall on the right spot, without damaging any fences. The crews on the yard quickly removed the branches. We watched the branch's removal process and started feeling confident in their work. The Price is reasonable. One minor thing causes a little mark off: The main tree trunk was too large and long. When it fell, it dented the lawn around 1 feet deep. The team did not say anything when they left.

Toronto Tree Removal has dealt with a few trees in our backyard and the neighbour's including one from a storm and two damaged.
They came quickly, did a good job, careful with the surroundings, quick, without other impacts, they were very professional and offered good value.
Both ourselves and the neighbours were pretty satisfied with their services and are looking forward to future work
