We had a massive red oak tree next to our house removed in less than a day. This was a big undertaking that required a crane and a full crew of professionals. We were very pleased with the whole process. Toronto tree services were very professional, and they were reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. We would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Got a tall maple partially snapped during wind storm in March & leaning against another tree nearby. Aaron came the same day to explain what can be done, and followed up later with a written quote, price was reasonable. A team of four came the next day to perform the work. Last year we had two large dying trees removed, that required permits. This year 3 cedars removed. Stumps grinded both times. Toronto Tree Removal was by FAR the best company we dealt with when getting quotes and then with the removal. Fast in providing quote, fast coming to do the work, and affordable compared to some other companies that wanted to charge twice as much for the same work. They shared the insurance coverage when we took down the big trees which I also thought was great and proactive. Will keep using if we have any more tree issues.

We contacted the company for the tree removal in our back yard. The tree is huge, one of biggest even seen. The company guided our through the report and application. The communication was pleasant and they are always available to help. The price quoted to us is reasonable. The team came at 8am and worked continuously to 5pm till the work was done. The crew members are super polite and cleaned the yard at the end. The work is swift, efficient, and professional. Big thanks to the crew and the management. This is my second time using Toronto Tree Removal. Once in 2019 for my dead Pine tree and now in 2021 for my dying Norwegian Maple. In both instances the crew & office staff were friendly, efficient, safe and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be completed. The promptness of the team from Aaron assessing the situation; to Heather and Marcy answering questions and administrating to the paperwork; to Hillary, Joe and Joe cutting, removing and cleaning up after the task at hand. The removal of the trees were definitely carefully and professionally planned ensuring that no damage came to my property. Clean up and removal was also done with great care.

I have several more trees on my property and will not hesitate to call on Toronto Tree Removal again should a need arise again.

This is our second time using Toronto Tree Removal. The first was seven years ago when they pruned branches from several large trees hanging over our backyard. I wasn’t home at the time to see the crew at work, but I was amazed at the thoroughness of their clean-up. Our yard never looked cleaner, and all the work was performed as discussed and on budget.

I’m happy to say their performance today was no different, but my wife and I were home to see the activity. The stakes were also higher because a limb over two storeys high that extended over our house had split away from the trunk of a dead tree -- a “tree of heaven” we’re told, but I’d call the tree a gnarled sprawling mess. The limb was still standing; but it was at an angle, leaning squarely towards our house, and swaying precariously in the breeze. Winter’s coming, and a cold wind could very likely blow this branch over and cause severe damage to person or property.

We were impressed with the crew’s punctuality, efficiency, and attention to our property and (most importantly) their own safety. They were professional, polite, and amicable. And, again, our yard was left spotless at the end of the job.

I should also mention that Aaron arrived at the scene the same morning we called him for an estimate. He patiently and thoroughly explained the work involved as well as the bureaucracy of dealing with City Hall regarding the removal of a dead tree. (This was a first for us as property owners.)

Should we be in need of arboreal services in the future, we’re calling Toronto Tree Removal without hesitation.
