Midpoint Construction

We have used Midpoint for about five year. Their quality of work, and customer service, has deteriorated significantly to the point that we would never use them again. Midpoint subcontracted a roofing company, to re-shingle the roof, in early 2020. That company neglected to complete the extension and when they did, covered the old shingles with new ones. Midpoint returned and only completed 1/2 of the extension. The company that was subcontracted returned to state they were never paid by Midpoint and this was the first time they had been retained by Midpoint. Midpoint claimed they had used them for a decade. That roofing company is now pursuing legal action against Midpoint.

Midpoint never returned on the designated date to complete the job for us. In terms of our basement reno, they misdiagnosed water damage, twice, as due to condensation and not weeping tiles. They dug up the basement, again, and now agree it is weeping tiles and never returned to complete the work. Midpoint refuses to answer all phone calls or respond to our e-mails. The roof remains unfinished, as is the basement. As well as a financial loss we have incurred due to Midpoint, we are extremely disappointed on how he has treated us as long-time customers.
