Exterior house painting

Very happy with our decision to go with Prorise. We had several quotes for exterior house painting and settled on Prorise as the cost quoted was reasonable (not the highest and not the lowest) and the meeting with Stuart was professional and insightful. The colour consultation was very helpful as Irene was able to guide us to the colour we wanted. The painters on site were very friendly and their work was very detailed and high quality; there was a bit of a mix up as the carpenter did not get scheduled until after the painting was done; however Pablo was quick to resolved the issue and ensure all the work was ultimately completed. Our house looks fantastic now that the work is done, and overall, we are very happy that we went with Prorise.

Satisifed with condo touch-up

Burnaby

I contacted ProRise two weeks ago to touch-up my condo before my new tenants were scheduled to move in. Joseph responded within 24 hours to my request and we were able to quickly arrange time and date to walk through the job. I explained what needed to be done (patch and paint nicked walls and trim and restoring one wall that had black adhesive) and Joseph offered his helpful advice on the type of work and paint that would help maintain the condo over the long-term. He carefully listened to what I needed done and was upfront about the cost for the job (which was reflected in the contract he sent later).

After meeting with Pablo to drop off the keys and discuss timing of the job, Connor called me to do the final walk through over the weekend (a day before move-in). When I entered the condo, I was blown away by the quality and precision of the job Connor did on the walls and trim! The unit looked fantastic! The problem wall was completely restored and painted, and all the bedrooms looked like new. Connor was very professional, courteous and we walked through all the aspects of the job room-by-room. He answered all my questions in detail. Safe to say that the new tenants were happy to see the newly updated unit.

Based on this experience I continue to be impressed with ProRise's professionalism, quality of work and responsiveness to client needs and timelines. I look forward to calling ProRise again in the future and would recommend them for any restoration and painting work.

Great Professionalism, Highly Recommend

I trusted Joseph and his team to paint my father's house and was not disappointed. Very professional service from the get-go. I received a call about 5 minutes after putting the request in to speak with someone. The quote I received was miles ahead of anything I'd seen before... real attention to detail. The job was done on time, on budget and it was a beautiful job. ProRise came highly recommended and I'm happy to say I was extremely pleased as well. Prorise utilizes a very professional and methodical approach to the beginning to the end of the engagement. They use top quality products.
We had them paint the entire exterior of our quite large 3-level house, outbuildings and pergola -- they did an excellent job and ensured that all items that were identified as requiring touch up were properly addressed.

This old house looks like new again

We live in a lovely old house, c 1910, that has been well maintained by each of its previous owners. As the home's current owners, we feel a responsibility to ensure that the work we undertake is done correctly, will protect the integrity of the structure, will look good, and will last. We chose not to go with the lowest bidder, but the company that appeared to know the most about how different paint surfaces interact with each other and how to prepare a surface for the best possible, longest lasting result. That was Prorise Painting.

The price was higher than we could afford all at once, so we divided the project of repairing shingles in some areas and completely repainting the house over two years. Joseph at Prorise was understanding and amenable to this arrangement and helped us to achieve the beautiful result we hoped for in a way that we could live with financially.

Not only was the work well done, but we enjoyed meeting the team. Painters Abdut and Ilyas spent several days at our home. They were careful, efficient, and exceedingly kind and considerate. Miguel and David were friendly, capable and were also dedicated to doing a great job – not an easy feat on a high, steeply peaked roof! Well done, team. Thank you.
