I contacted ProRise two weeks ago to touch-up my condo before my new tenants were scheduled to move in. Joseph responded within 24 hours to my request and we were able to quickly arrange time and date to walk through the job. I explained what needed to be done (patch and paint nicked walls and trim and restoring one wall that had black adhesive) and Joseph offered his helpful advice on the type of work and paint that would help maintain the condo over the long-term. He carefully listened to what I needed done and was upfront about the cost for the job (which was reflected in the contract he sent later). After meeting with Pablo to drop off the keys and discuss timing of the job, Connor called me to do the final walk through over the weekend (a day before move-in). When I entered the condo, I was blown away by the quality and precision of the job Connor did on the walls and trim! The unit looked fantastic! The problem wall was completely restored and painted, and all the bedrooms looked like new. Connor was very professional, courteous and we walked through all the aspects of the job room-by-room. He answered all my questions in detail. Safe to say that the new tenants were happy to see the newly updated unit. Based on this experience I continue to be impressed with ProRise's professionalism, quality of work and responsiveness to client needs and timelines. I look forward to calling ProRise again in the future and would recommend them for any restoration and painting work.
