I initially contacted Jason to clean our ducts and furnace after reviewing his prices compared to other companies. He was friendly and professional on the phone and spent the time to explain his process to me. Jason was not only on time as arranged, but he contacted me in the morning of the date the work was to be done to re-confirm. The work was done within the timeframe expected and the entire furnace area was completely cleaned up upon him finishing the work! Jason also explained and showed what work was done and we discussed our furnace's efficiency and advised factors to consider in purchasing a new furnace versus retaining our current furnace.
I have delayed in writing our review to see whether or not the dust would actually be diminished after the duct work was completed and I can definitely state that the amount of dust is down, sneezing is less and the house definitely feels much warmer!!
